Chris G: They were great. Hottub had not been working for two years. Had another company out and they could not figure it out. Had Alcoy out and they explained how electrician wired new electrical panel incorrectly which was issue with tub not the actual tub. Technician was amazing and they will be our company for life.

Knows his stuff, explains everything and is fast and efficient. Thanks to Alcoy we thought we were going to have to do a very costly remodel, instead they were able to save our jacuzzi tub and avoid a huge expense. Highly recommend them!

Rob McCoy: I've been dealing with an issue with my Jacuzzi brand Summer Rain shower and got in contact with Brian at Alcoy. Learning that Jacuzzi doesn't make my particular shower any longer, Brian helped me find a part and work out a resolution to keep my shower working. I can't say how many times I called him with different questions and requests and he was always professional and supportive even though I was only buying a part. Great service!
